About the Role

White Paw Holdings is looking for an experienced Global Managing Director to lead and oversee its international operations and growth strategies. This leadership position requires managing business performance worldwide, driving expansion efforts, enhancing organizational capability, and ensuring strategic alignment across regions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide senior executive leadership across several international markets and corporate functions.
Translate the overall corporate strategy into actionable global business plans and goals.
Define global operational priorities and set performance standards.
Ensure alignment and cohesion among regional and functional leadership teams.
Act as a global business representative within the executive leadership forum.
Monitor and manage performance metrics across regions, oversee business outcome analysis and trend identification.
Support the executive team with insights and recommendations based on global market and performance data.
Lead efforts for international market expansion, evaluating opportunities and market dynamics to support growth strategies.
Develop strategic partnerships and maintain key relationships with customers, partners, and industry players across regions.
Design and implement scalable framework and organizational structures to facilitate long-term international growth and operational effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with departments such as Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, Customer Success, HR, and Business Development to ensure execution alignment with overarching business objectives.
Drive strategic planning, support business development initiatives, and evaluate opportunities for strengthening market position globally.
Foster leadership and talent development across global teams, promoting a culture of accountability and performance excellence.

Qualifications

Minimum bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or related discipline; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
At least 15 years of executive leadership experience in global operations, international business, or corporate strategy.
Proven success in managing international or multi-regional complex organizations.
Strong skills in strategic planning, business performance management, leadership, and executive communication.
Experience working on executive leadership teams and engaging senior stakeholders.

Preferred Background

Experience in technology sectors such as SaaS, AI, financial services, or professional services.
Demonstrated expertise in global market development and building scalable operational frameworks.
Proven ability leading cross-functional and multilingual teams across countries or regions.
