Global Brand Coordinator

Role overview

This role supports the delivery of Nuna’s global brand and marketing plans across international markets. Working with the Senior Global Communications Manager, you will help coordinate campaigns, product launches, brand activations, industry award entries, and content projects that build awareness and support business growth.

You will partner with both global and regional teams to keep work moving on schedule, ensure marketing output is consistent across markets, and maintain brand standards in a fast-moving international setting. The position calls for excellent organisation, project coordination, attention to detail, creative thinking, and the ability to juggle several priorities at once.

Product launches and global projects

• Support the planning and coordination of worldwide product launches, making sure assets are delivered on time across earned, owned, and paid channels.
• Help develop and distribute global marketing materials for launch activity.
• Contribute to international marketing projects such as industry award entries and trade fairs.
• Prepare award submissions with supporting proof, product samples, and written content.
• Coordinate product and content email campaigns from planning through to release.

Social media and brand support

• Maintain the global social media content calendar and keep it aligned with brand direction.
• Support product filming and social content production when needed.
• Monitor trends and changes in the social media environment across multiple platforms.

Cross-functional collaboration

• Work closely with international and local marketing teams to keep everyone aligned and collaboration running smoothly.
• Act as a dependable link between global marketing activity and regional stakeholders.

What you need to bring

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field, preferably. The role expects at least 2 years of practical marketing experience, ideally in a global or multi-market environment. You should be highly organised, comfortable managing several projects and deadlines at the same time, and experienced in fast-paced cross-functional settings with varied stakeholders.

A strong understanding of social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn is important, along with a strong creative eye and careful attention to detail in both written and visual work. Fluency in English is required, and additional languages are considered an advantage. The ideal candidate is proactive, solution-focused, collaborative, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
