Position Overview
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing designated centers, managing teams, and optimizing operational procedures crucial for success. The role demands assembling a proficient team to enhance operational performance within assigned centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain an A-Team to ensure top-tier operational performance.
- Foster a culture maintaining a Net Promoter Score (NPS) above 82 for providers and staff.
- Act as a dependable operational leader, consistently achieving KPIs and objectives defined by the regional management team.
- Optimize processes related to staffing and budgeting for operational efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively across company departments to meet organizational goals.
- Lead significant change and transformation initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
- Conduct thorough audits of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and coach staff for excellence.
- Enforce adherence to company CARE Core Habits within teams.
- Develop cost-effective staffing plans with cross-training initiatives to build versatile teams.
- Promote ongoing education and coaching for all staff members.
- Monitor financial targets and patient satisfaction measures monthly, addressing any emerging issues timely.
- Maintain supply levels for medical and office needs below preset thresholds.
- Encourage a positive, respectful workplace environment to support long-term organizational sustainability.
- Maintain high patient satisfaction through prompt messaging responses and quality external reviews.
- Ensure daily autonomous operations with minimal management intervention at office sites.
- Organize regular staff meetings and on-site visits for effective communication and preparation.
- Manage inventory, cash, and appointment scheduling adhering to SOP guidelines.
- Serve as primary contact for front desk and medical assistant concerns.
- Manage MOHs surgical case processes, ensuring proper certifications and referrals are up to date.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Competencies
- Minimum two years of leadership experience preferred.
- Background in healthcare administration or management is advantageous.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and strong communication capabilities.
- Developed conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in dermatology preferred.
- Familiarity with HIPAA and OSHA compliance requirements.
- Critical thinker with proactive knowledge of company systems such as Nextech, Patient Acquisition, Klara, and dermatology-related tools.
- Strategic planner focused on data-driven decision making and efficient execution.
- Integrity-driven leader fostering a positive, trustworthy culture.

Work Conditions and Travel
The General Manager is expected to be present at their office(s) during the workweek with occasional travel outside their region or to corporate headquarters as needed.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $55,000 to $72,000 per year.
