Gas Station Supervisor

Overview

This position requires proficiency in English and a minimum of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Candidates should have between 1 and 2 years of relevant experience. The role mandates working on site with no remote option available.

Responsibilities

The gas station supervisor will oversee various personnel including apprentices, stage hands, and the design team. Responsibilities include delegating tasks to sales employees, recruiting and ensuring adequate training for staff, setting up work schedules, monitoring and coordinating staff activities, managing cash transactions, and conducting performance evaluations. Additionally, supervision extends to office and volunteer personnel.
