Role Overview
As a Future Product Manager at HP, you will play a key role in understanding customer experiences and needs in depth. Your contributions will involve spotting product gaps, innovating to enhance market share, improving customer satisfaction, and fueling growth. This role involves developing comprehensive product roadmaps, creating user stories, and defining precise product requirements. You will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, prioritize, and implement seamless customer experiences, ensuring quick market entry and efficient resource utilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain and apply deep customer insight to guide product strategies.
- Identify and address market and product gaps through innovation.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps, user stories, and requirement documents.
- Work cross-functionally to design and prioritize customer-focused solutions.
- Conduct market research to validate new product ideas with customers.
- Represent and reinforce the HP brand throughout the product lifecycle.
- Manage HP’s IPH supply product families, analyze business cases, and coordinate with R&D and Market teams for product delivery.
- Keep internal stakeholders informed of changes in HP’s product portfolio to ensure alignment.
Candidate Profile
- Possession of a four-year or graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields, or equivalent work experience demonstrating relevant skills.
- 0 to 2 years of professional experience, ideally in product marketing, product design, or similar areas; recent graduates with advanced degrees are also encouraged.
