Role Overview
First Plus Asset Management is hiring a Fund Data Analyst to support core fund accounting and data maintenance activities in Singapore. This role focuses on keeping fund records accurate, coordinating updates across systems, and assisting with reporting, reconciliations, and regulatory support tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain fund data in the Geneva fund accounting platform.
- Process and record investor subscriptions and redemptions.
- Update and upload accounting transactions accurately.
- Prepare and maintain daily Trial Balance, Position Listing, Cash Statement, and Shadow Daily NAV reports using reconciliation tools.
- Track and manage data across all funds at group level, including resolving workflow manager and data feed reconciliation issues.
- Check NAV reports and shareholder register reports produced by fund administrators.
- Assist with fund audits and the annual MAS declaration process.
- Handle ongoing maintenance of all fund-related records and activities.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders on system build requirements for FPAM.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of fund management activities is required.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
- Applicant should be self-driven and able to take initiative.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office tools and SQL queries is needed.
- Understanding of financial instruments such as equities and fixed income is important.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Singapore. The position involves close coordination with fund administrators, internal teams, and external parties to support daily operations, reporting, and compliance tasks.
