Position Overview
You will work as a Frontend Engineer focused on coding-agent workflows, using advanced AI tools to complete and assess complex engineering work. The role is remote and offered on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage frontier AI coding agents to solve and evaluate challenging engineering assignments.
- Audit model-produced frontend code for accuracy, code quality, long-term maintainability, accessibility, and performance.
- Spot defects, edge cases, and likely failure scenarios in AI-generated outputs.
- Compare responses across multiple leading models and judge their relative strengths and limitations.
- Use sound engineering judgment when handling realistic frontend development scenarios.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of professional experience in frontend engineering.
- Hands-on experience building modern web apps with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, or comparable technologies.
- Regular use of AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Windsurf, Gemini CLI, or similar tools.
- Capability to review model-generated frontend implementations, UI architecture choices, and performance improvements.
Preferred Background
- Prior work on large-scale consumer-facing or enterprise software products.
Compensation and Terms
