Frontend Developer (w/m/x)

Role overview

This position is for a frontend developer based in Heilbronn, Baden-Württemberg, working on the visual and technical implementation of websites and digital commerce projects. The role sits at the intersection of design, UX/UI, and development, and involves collaborating with creative and technical colleagues to build modern web experiences such as company websites, landing pages, and online stores.

Key responsibilities

• Turn design concepts into working front-end interfaces across different systems.
• Improve and refine existing design implementations where needed.
• Contribute to the creation and further development of web projects.
• Take ownership of complete projects from the front-end perspective.
• Handle customer communication both by phone and in writing.

Profile and requirements

The employer is looking for someone with a completed vocational qualification, ideally in media design, IT, or a similar field. Strong skills in HTML and CSS are essential, along with practical familiarity with layout and image-editing software from the Adobe Suite. Previous exposure to content management systems is expected, and experience with JavaScript is considered an advantage. Clear communication skills, enthusiasm for current web technologies, and a self-driven, responsible way of working are also important.

Team and working context

You would work together with advertising specialists, UX and UI designers, and PHP developers to create the right technical and visual foundation for modern websites, landing pages, and online shops.
