Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement web-based applications focused on e-business and e-commerce projects.
- Consider the customer's journey and UI/UX during shop development.
- Generate ideas to optimize conversion rates.
- Analyze and reduce shopping cart abandonment rates.
- Enhance performance metrics such as Core Web Vitals.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate ownership, actively contributing to the team culture and community through innovative efforts.
- Fluency in German and English, as well as foundational skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Preferably possess experience and knowledge in e-commerce platforms like Shopware or other content management systems.
- If lacking prior experience, a strong enthusiasm for continuous personal and team development is essential.
