Front Store Supervisor - Full Time Hourly (Day Shift)

About the Role

Become part of a community-focused, locally owned Shoppers Drug Mart store, delivering health, beauty, and convenience services while placing the customer at the core of your efforts.

Summary

You will oversee the customer service activities including cashier operations and merchandising within the store.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Human Resources: Enforce adherence to store policies among cashiers and merchandising staff; deliver comprehensive training and continuous mentoring.
• Loss Prevention: Implement all loss prevention protocols; manage daily cash office inventory, monitor cashier activities, maintain tracking documentation and ensure proper PC Optimum procedures.
• Customer Service: Ensure store team presents a professional appearance according to uniform guidelines; respond to product location queries and rainchecks; resolve customer concerns following company policies including refunds and exchanges; actively promote the Customer Satisfaction Index survey.
• Merchandising: Maintain orderly, clean shelves with correct product rotation; set up and dismantle product displays as per directives from assistant or floor store managers.
• General Responsibilities: Maintain store housekeeping and image standards; comply with health and safety regulations; perform clerical and banking tasks when needed; uphold all store and loss prevention policies; act as cashier when required.

Compensation
