Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Manager to supervise and manage the daily front desk, guest services, reservations, and the lobby area. The primary objective of this role is to guarantee superior guest experiences while ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to hotel protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver exemplary guest service.
- Oversee daily front office functions including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and cash transactions.
- Maintain precise room inventory records and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure all rooms are guest-ready.
- Enforce compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Supervise night audit activities and validate daily revenue reports.
- Recruit, train, and develop front office personnel such as receptionists and reservation agents.
- Organize and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage in line with business demands.
- Promote a professional and supportive work environment within the front office team.
