Overview
Miraval The Red Sea is seeking a courteous and composed Front Office Agent to provide outstanding first impressions to guests. This role suits individuals passionate about delivering warm, personalized guest service in a prestigious, wellness-oriented hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy
- Manage guest movement within the lobby and guide them appropriately
- Coordinate arrivals and departures with the Front Office team
- Respond to guest inquiries and accurately communicate details about the resort and its offerings
- Keep the front desk and lobby area neat, organized, and inviting
- Support reservation handling, guest requests, and VIP guest coordination
- Ensure a smooth and hospitable guest experience from initial entry through check-in
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a front office or guest relations role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident demeanor, well-presented, and service-driven attitude
- Fluent English speakers; Arabic language knowledge is an advantage
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced luxury hospitality setting
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
