About Mindrift and the Role

Mindrift connects expert professionals with cutting-edge AI projects to enhance Generative AI through global knowledge exchange. We are currently seeking a versatile and skilled Graphic Designer for the Tendem project, which integrates AI with human expertise to optimize data workflows.

Role Summary

This part-time freelance position involves creating polished visual content including layouts, infographics, social media templates, and marketing assets. You will collaborate with Tendem Agents who handle routine tasks, while you apply your critical thinking and design skills to produce high-quality, professional visuals that communicate concepts clearly and effectively.

Main Responsibilities

Take full responsibility for producing clean, modern layouts and engaging infographics with strong visual hierarchy to improve readability.
Create reusable and eye-catching templates tailored for multiple social media platforms and impactful one-page marketing materials.
Enhance everyday design materials using advanced typography techniques, grid structuring, and intentional composition.
Convert raw data and initial concepts into refined visual assets aligned with specific marketing and communication objectives.
Maintain design quality by rigorously checking alignment, color consistency, and layout before finalization.

Requirements

1 to 2 years of relevant experience in graphic, digital design, or visual communications is preferred.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related creative discipline is advantageous.
Strong expertise in typography, grid systems, and visual composition to elevate standard materials.
Proven ability to create clear and compelling infographics and social media templates.
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma for diverse visual tasks.
Capability to adapt designs between one-pagers and digital templates efficiently.
English language proficiency at an upper-intermediate level (B2) or higher is required.
Fast learner with a detail-oriented, adaptable approach and strong commitment to quality deliverables.
Self-motivated with excellent time management to juggle multiple design tasks independently.
Applications must include an English CV and a portfolio link showcasing relevant graphic design work; submissions without a portfolio will be disregarded.

Additional Information

This is freelance, project-based work where assignments depend on project activity. Weekly workload during active phases is approximately 10-20 hours but is variable and not guaranteed. Project contributions can be compensated up to $50 per hour, contingent on experience and work pace. Compensation rates may differ for other projects depending on their nature.
