Founding Growth Lead

About The Role

We are looking to hire our inaugural growth specialist who will establish how our organization is discovered, perceived, and embraced by customers. Unlike conventional growth roles focused on managing acquisition channels or data dashboards, your responsibility is to lay down the foundational strategies for narrating our story, reaching our audience, and generating market momentum.

You will collaborate closely with the founders to craft our brand identity, market positioning, and go-to-market approach from the outset. Your duties will encompass product marketing, content creation, launches, community engagement, experimentation, and the development of scalable systems.

Candidate Profile

• Experience as a content creator with a personal audience.
• Background in product marketing, growth, or go-to-market roles at early-stage startups (Seed to Series C).
• Strong design sensibility; ability to design is an added advantage.
• Exceptional writing abilities.
• Keen product insight.
• Quick learner who thrives in uncertain and ambiguous environments.
• Preference for building strategies from scratch rather than following established playbooks.

Key Responsibilities

• Crafting content that captures attention and engagement.
• Leading memorable product launches.
• Developing and refining messaging and product positioning.
• Conducting growth experiments across product, community, and content areas.
• Partnering closely with product and design teams to boost activation and retention metrics.
• Constructing the growth framework to transition from early traction to a defining company in the category.
