About the Role

EaseMyTrip is hiring an intern for the Founder’s Office to work directly with the founder and senior leadership on strategic priorities, AI-focused initiatives, business performance reviews, and coordination across teams. The role offers exposure to leadership decisions, investor-facing communication, evaluation of new business ideas, and growth planning across flights, hotels, buses, holidays, and emerging business lines.

This opportunity is suited to someone with strong analytical ability, an interest in AI-led transformation, and the drive to solve business problems in a fast-moving travel-tech environment.

What You Will Do

  • Help build and maintain dashboards that track GMV, revenue, margins, CAC, repeat behavior, conversion metrics, and profitability by vertical.
  • Study business data, prepare structured summaries, and surface insights that support leadership decisions.
  • Spot repetitive work processes and assist in applying AI tools and automation to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Research practical AI applications across pricing, personalization, customer support automation, fraud detection, and marketing performance.
  • Support the creation of investor presentations, board packs, AI transformation updates, and internal strategy decks.
  • Conduct organized research on competitors, industry trends, global travel-tech AI adoption, and new growth possibilities.
  • Assist with basic financial modelling, scenario analysis, and profitability review for new initiatives.
  • Coordinate with marketing, product, tech, finance, and operations teams to monitor progress on strategic and AI-related work.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reviews with data-backed insights for leadership discussions.
  • Record key points from leadership meetings and follow up on action items to help ensure execution happens on time.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Comfortable working with Excel and data analysis; knowledge of SQL, Python, or analytics tools will be an advantage.
  • Interested in artificial intelligence, automation, and technology-driven business improvement.
  • Able to think in a structured way and break down complex problems into clear frameworks.
  • Has a basic understanding of unit economics, digital growth metrics, and financial performance measures.
  • Can create neat, well-structured PowerPoint presentations with a clear narrative.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a high level of ownership.
  • Communicates clearly in writing and speaking, with the ability to simplify complex information.
