Founder's Office Associate

Position Overview

Macro Rides is seeking a passionate individual to join as a Founder's Office Associate, working closely with the founder to build and grow the startup from inception. This early-stage opportunity involves direct involvement in diverse areas including strategy, operations, partnerships, research, fundraising, and execution without a fixed job description.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with the founder across multiple domains such as strategic planning, operational execution, partnership development, research, and fundraising activities.
• Take complete ownership of challenges and proactively devise and implement solutions.
• Adapt quickly to change and navigate uncertainty efficiently.
• Conduct thorough research, analyze gathered information, and communicate findings effectively.
• Demonstrate a proactive builder's mindset to contribute to startup growth.

Candidate Profile

• Exhibits strong initiative and takes responsibility without awaiting direction.
• Able to think quickly and execute decisions rapidly.
• Comfortable working in an ambiguous, high-risk early startup environment.
• Possesses solid research and communication skills.
• Has an entrepreneurial, problem-solving approach.
• Experience or knowledge in electric vehicles/mobility, finance, or startups is advantageous but not mandatory.

Additional Information

This role offers limited immediate cash compensation due to its high-risk, early-stage nature but includes potential equity shares (ESOP) for suitable candidates. This position is ideal for self-driven individuals eager to learn, take ownership, and grow alongside Macro Rides. It is not suitable for those seeking a stable or traditional job environment.

Location

Delhi, India. This is a full-time, onsite role.
