Role overview
We are looking for motivated meat counter sales staff on behalf of an established family-run business. This position is ideal for people who enjoy working with premium meat and sausage products and like interacting directly with customers. Both trained candidates and career changers with sales experience are welcome, as the key factors are enthusiasm, reliability, and a strong team mindset.
What you can expect
- Work schedules are flexible, with early and late shifts available; Wednesdays are off.
- Family-friendly opening hours apply: Monday to Friday, at the latest until 7:00 p.m., and Saturdays depending on the branch between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
- Pay is performance-based and designed to be competitive.
- The assortment focuses on fresh, high-quality, and house-made products.
- You will receive onboarding support and benefit from a team-oriented environment with help from experienced colleagues.
Main responsibilities
- Advise customers professionally and sell meat and sausage products.
- Create and maintain an attractive presentation of the counter.
- Ensure that hygiene and quality standards are consistently followed.
- Assist with stock handling, ordering goods, and cash register tasks.

- You work well in a team, can be relied on, and have a service-focused attitude.
- You are interested in premium meat and sausage products.
- You are open to flexible working hours and different assignment locations.
Assignment locations
The role may be based in Cologne at Sülzburgstraße 38, Neusser Straße 37, Kalker Hauptstraße 227, or Severinstraße 13; in Bensberg at Schloßstraße 42; or in Asbach and Siegburg.
