The role of Financial Service Manager involves leading a team and providing expert financial guidance across diverse products and services. Key Responsibilities
- Recruit high-caliber advisors and ensure their licensing compliance to meet yearly targets.
- Deliver comprehensive on-the-job training, supervise advisor performance, and facilitate goal attainment.
- Oversee investment persistence by the advisor team to ensure collective profitability.
Advancement Opportunities
- Possibility of promotion to the next designation upon 100% goal completion within 6 to 12 months.
- Potential progression to Branch Manager after 12 months.
