Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and generate reports to inform senior leadership and optimize business functions.
• Translate complex financial metrics into clear and concise written summaries and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders to uncover performance trends and improvement opportunities.
• Offer strategic recommendations that support operational efficiency and guide company growth in North America.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is mandatory.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills required to foster teamwork and collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with SQL and Power BI is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 10% of the time.
