Job Overview
The Financial Analyst role focuses on maintaining and updating the Group and Overseas Locations Authority Delegation Manual (ADM) along with managing its system configuration. This position supports various business groups in establishing, maintaining, and updating their ADM frameworks, configuring the iProcurement system to reflect ADM changes, and seeks innovative ways to automate, modernize, simplify, and add value in a cost-effective manner. The role demands adherence to the bank’s values, code of conduct, and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update all Group and Overseas Locations ADM and related system configurations.
- Support diverse business units with ADM implementation and updates.
- Configure the Oracle iProcurement system to align with ADM modifications.
- Identify and implement innovative automation and modernization opportunities for process improvement and cost effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with the bank’s code of conduct and various internal policies.
- Safeguard all original sign-off documents and relevant paperwork.
- Prepare a variety of MIS reports to support decision-making.
- Recommend ADM alignments across business groups to maintain consistency.
- Monitor the ADM repository to ensure timely updates.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Solid understanding of business requirements related to ADM and bank-level authority manuals.
- Familiarity with Oracle iProcurement system functionality and related procurement applications.
- Basic knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to facilitate effective operations.
- Awareness of Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, MIS reporting, and PowerPoint with effective presentation and communication capabilities.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Professionalism, showing integrity, punctuality, innovation, teamwork, and the willingness to accept greater responsibilities.
Additional Information
The candidate should be a graduate with a minimum of three years related experience specializing in system management. This role values ethical standards and a proven history of integrity within a professional environment.
