About the Role
Barden is pleased to collaborate with a well-established and expanding software company located in South Dublin to find a Financial Accountant. This position offers a unique chance to fully manage financial reporting responsibilities for two Irish subsidiaries during an exciting growth phase.
- Manage month-end closing activities including journals, accruals, reconciliations, and management reporting across two Irish entities
- Lead statutory reporting and handle preparation of annual financial statements
- Serve as the main liaison for external auditors, overseeing the entire audit process
- Be responsible for tax compliance activities such as corporation tax, VAT submissions, and other required Irish statutory filings
About You
- Certified accountant with qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent
- At least 1 year of practical industry experience
- Proactive and self-motivated with strong communication skills, capable of confidently interacting with both internal teams and external parties
- Eager to learn, ambitious, and seeking a stable, long-term career opportunity within a global organization
