About Porsche Singapore Pte Ltd
Guided by a pioneering spirit since its founding over 70 years ago, Porsche continues to break new ground in the luxury automotive space. Porsche Singapore Pte Ltd, a subsidiary launched in 2023, aims to offer direct, multi-platform luxury retail experiences to Porsche enthusiasts, operating from both the Porsche Service Centre at Tanjong Penjuru and the Porsche Singapore Office.
Role Overview
The Finance Intern will support the day-to-day financial operations and procurement activities within Porsche Singapore's Finance Team. This role involves assisting with accounts processes, data management, procurement workflows, and transaction administration to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support accounts payable and receivable by processing invoices, issuing receipts, and updating transactions in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Manage transaction data related to service package claims including data collection, entry, verification, claim processing, and reporting.
- Assist in establishing procurement systems and workflows for workshop and aftersales job orders to facilitate smooth transaction processing.
- Help with procurement tasks within DMS, such as vendor creation, administering tender processes, and facilitating purchase request approvals.
Candidate Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Accountancy, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Previous internship experience is advantageous.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English with strong communication abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
- Open-minded, well-organized, analytical, quality-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Possess a collaborative mindset with intercultural sensitivity.
- Must be able to work onsite at the Porsche Service Centre at Tanjong Penjuru (Aftersales workshop).

Internship Duration: July 2026 to January 2027 (dates negotiable)
Employment Type: Full-time or part-time options available.
