Field Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Field Sales Executive to join Urjastrot Private Limited in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. This role involves promoting solar rooftop solutions, building local relationships, and contributing to the growth of solar awareness and adoption in designated areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the assigned area by increasing awareness and uptake of solar rooftop installations.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with teachers, community leaders, and local residents.
• Recruit and mentor local advisors or volunteers to support the mission’s goals.
• Generate leads for residential and institutional solar rooftops by educating potential customers about government solar schemes.
• Engage with schools, villages, and community groups through informative sessions about the benefits of solar energy.
• Submit weekly reports on performance and coordinate efforts with Cluster and District teams.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate degree holders or socially active individuals with a passion for community development are preferred.
• Possesses a strong local network within the assigned block.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Basic digital skills including WhatsApp usage and documentation for reporting purposes.
