Overview
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive product sales and market presence in specified locations. Candidates should be ready to work in any of the listed areas or be willing to relocate accordingly.

Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate in any field without ongoing backlogs
- At least one year of experience in field sales is required
- Background in FMCG or paint sectors preferred, but relevant experience in other industries is also acceptable
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned geographical territory
Key Responsibilities
- Meet assigned sales quotas within the designated area
- Build and sustain relationships with retailers, dealers, and distributors
- Identify new customers to increase market reach
- Ensure availability and prominence of products in the market
- Collect intelligence on market trends and competitor activity
- Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations
