About the Role
GTU Industries Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Field Sales Executive to join their team in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This role requires frequent travel to meet clients and promote products, aiming to boost the business through active field engagement.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and current customers to market and sell company products.
- Build and sustain strong, lasting customer relationships.
- Uncover new business prospects and generate leads consistently.
- Meet or surpass defined monthly and yearly sales goals.
- Compile sales reports and deliver insightful market feedback routinely.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure prompt order processing and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Postgraduate degree holder, MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Possess a minimum of 2 to 5 years' experience in field sales roles.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Preparedness to travel extensively for client meetings and business expansion.
- Valid driving license with preference given to candidates owning a personal vehicle.
