Role Overview
As a Home Try-On Field Sales Executive, you will visit customers at their residences to conduct basic eye power assessments, assist them in choosing appropriate frames and lenses, and actively work towards increasing sales conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer appointments between 8 AM – 8 PM or 10 AM – 10 PM with 9-hour shifts.
- Attend up to five customer appointments daily.
- Travel to customer locations using your own two-wheeler.
- Handle company-provided equipment kit bags containing refraction tools, machines, an iPad, frames, and lenses; kit weighs approximately 15 kg.
- Perform initial eye examinations and recommend suitable eyewear.
- Convert customer consultations effectively into successful sales.
- Work with 60% company-generated leads and maintain 40% self-generated leads.
Training Program
- Complete 25 days of classroom training covering eye fundamentals, machine and tool usage, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Participate in 8 to 10 days of field training with practical exposure, buddy support, and shadowing.
- Start independent fieldwork from the second month onward.
