Field Sales Executive - Google Maps Onboarding

About the Position

Netambit Value First Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a self-driven Business Development Executive to join the Google Maps team in Nagpur. This full-time field sales role focuses on onboarding local shops, restaurants, cafes, and eateries onto Google Maps and Google Business Profile by ensuring precise business listings, verifying locations, and promoting their digital footprint.

Key Duties

• Visit assigned areas to identify and connect with business owners for listing their shops and eateries on Google Maps and Google My Business.
• Inform and educate owners/managers about the advantages of maintaining an active presence on digital platforms like Google Maps.
• Gather comprehensive business details such as name, address, contact info, photos, opening hours, and menu items.
• Perform location validation through Google’s verification processes.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets and revenue goals.
• Maintain ongoing communication with onboarded partners to ensure satisfaction and listing accuracy.
• Submit daily reports covering leads, conversions, and market feedback to team leadership.
• Collaborate with operations and quality assurance teams to verify data and resolve any issues.
• Act as a professional representative of the company while building and sustaining strong client relationships in the field.

Candidate Profile & Skills

• Graduates in any field are eligible; degrees in Marketing or Business Administration are preferred.
• 0 to 3 years experience in field sales, business development, or merchant onboarding roles.
• Experience with restaurant onboarding or familiarity with platforms like Google Maps, Paytm, Justdial, or similar digital listing services is advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities required.
• Basic understanding of Google Maps and Google My Business platforms.
• Comfortable with smartphone usage and Google apps; tech-savvy candidates preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
• Knowledge of English and Hindi is beneficial.
