About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team based in Guwahati, Assam. This position primarily involves field sales marketing with a focus on onboarding merchants and revisiting existing customers to promote and sell sound boxes and smart boxes at their locations. The role requires candidates to work on-site and visit customer locations regularly.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct merchant onboarding and follow-up visits to customers.
- Visit customer locations to promote and sell sound boxes and smart boxes onsite.
- Meet performance targets to advance in promotions within three months.
Requirements
- Prior experience specifically in field sales is mandatory.
- Must have a two-wheeler for commuting.
- Minimum educational qualification of 12th grade passed.
- Male candidates only.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly in-hand salary approximately ₹16,500.
- Travel allowance of ₹2,500 per month.
- Incentives range from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 based on performance.
- Fixed off every Sunday and salary credited by the first of each month.
- Opportunity for performance-based promotion within three months.
