Job description
Role Overview
We are urgently seeking a Field Sales Executive to join Paytm's core sales team and advance your career in the fintech sector. This full-time, onsite position involves active engagement with local merchants to promote Paytm's services.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit local markets to onboard new merchants and expand the merchant base.
- Install Paytm QR codes and soundboxes at merchant locations.
- Provide guidance and training to merchants on utilizing Paytm products effectively.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with merchants to offer consistent on-ground support.
Eligibility Criteria
- Possession of an Android smartphone is mandatory.
- Must have a valid driving license for bike or scooter and access to such a vehicle.
- Strong communication and customer interaction skills are essential.
- Previous field sales experience is preferred; confident freshers may also apply.
Compensation and Benefits
- Employment on direct Paytm payroll with an official offer letter.
