Job Overview
Dwarka Industries is seeking a dedicated Field Sales Executive based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This role focuses on developing and maintaining dealer and distributor relationships within the assigned region, driving sales growth, and enhancing product visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard and manage dealer and distributor networks throughout the designated territory.
- Meet and exceed defined primary and secondary sales objectives.
- Conduct visits to retail outlets to monitor product visibility and sales performance.
- Manage collections and oversee credit arrangements with channel partners.
- Organize and execute local promotional schemes, dealer meetings, and product launches.
- Monitor competitor pricing strategies and promotional schemes.
- Maintain daily reports on sales activities and site visits.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Must hold at least a graduate degree; an MBA is advantageous but not required.
- Possess 2 to 6 years of experience in field sales, specifically within a B2B distributor or dealer network model.
- Willing to undertake extensive travel across the assigned territory.
- Excellent negotiation capabilities and proficiency in the local language.
- Preferably owns a two-wheeler for ease of travel.
Compensation and Benefits
