About the Company and Role

Bandhan Agritech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Field Officer specializing in agricultural input products to operate primarily in the field within Madha, Maharashtra. This full-time position requires candidates with relevant educational qualifications and up to one year of experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Demonstrate agricultural products and instruct farmers on proper usage alongside modern cultivation methods.
• Engage with dealers, distributors, and retail outlets to sustain strong partnerships and ensure continuous product supply.
• Organize and conduct farmer meetings, awareness initiatives, and field-related promotional activities to advocate for the products.
• Identify potential market opportunities to assist in expanding sales and rural outreach effectively.
• Strengthen relationships with channel partners to enhance product distribution and market penetration.
• Coordinate follow-ups regarding payments and aid in the recovery process with dealers and customers.
• Document daily field visits, sales undertakings, and collect feedback from the market systematically.
• Adhere to instructions from the Reporting Manager and accomplish assigned duties diligently.

Qualification and Experience

• Possession of a B.Sc. in Agriculture, a Diploma in Agriculture, or qualifications in related fields.
• Experience ranging from none up to one year, suitable for fresh graduates or entry-level professionals.
