Field Marketing Executive

About the Role

Krishna Sales Corporation is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Field Marketing Executive to actively promote its products and foster business growth. The role involves engaging closely with dealers, distributors, retailers, and customers through frequent visits to build strong market relationships and advance company presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly visit dealers, distributors, retailers, and prospective customers within the designated region.
• Identify and generate new business leads and growth opportunities.
• Promote company offerings and launch newly introduced product collections.
• Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence.
• Establish and sustain robust customer relationships.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and convert them into confirmed orders.
• Prepare and submit daily reports of visits and market insights.
• Meet or exceed the monthly sales targets set by the company.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Effective communication skills in Hindi and basic proficiency in English.
• Confidence and aptitude in customer interaction and engagement.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Familiarity with basic smartphone applications such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, and Excel is desirable.
• Self-driven with a focus on achieving targets.
• Male candidates preferred.
• Must possess a personal motorcycle and hold a valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
