Field Growth Executive (Demo & Onboarding)

Position Overview

Pragati Booster Tech Venture is recruiting Field Growth Executives to join as freelancers for NationSetu, a local community networking application. This role requires direct interaction with active local community members to demonstrate and facilitate their onboarding onto the app, providing initial support to ensure successful usage.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and compile a list of active community participants such as social workers, volunteers, youth group members, and local advocates within your designated area.
• Contact these individuals via calls, messages, or face-to-face meetings to schedule quick app demonstration sessions.
• Conduct in-person visits to showcase the app’s features, assist in creating user profiles, and guide them through setup processes.
• Provide ongoing support for a few days post-onboarding to encourage content sharing and follower engagement on the platform.
• Maintain a daily log of activities and progress using Excel or Google Sheets, regularly updating the team.

Requirements and Skills

• Proficiency with basic spreadsheet tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
• Effective communication skills and comfort in approaching new contacts.
• Fluency in the local language along with strong familiarity with the target area.
• Possession of a smartphone and preferred availability of a two-wheeler for field visits.
• Dependability to support users throughout the onboarding process rather than just initial contact.
• Preferred experience includes field sales, telecalling, social/NGO work, surveys, or an existing local network; also useful are basic photography or content creation skills.

Compensation and Benefits

• A fixed monthly payment of ₹5,000 for successfully onboarding 8 users.
• Additional earnings of ₹1,000 per onboarding beyond the initial eight users, with potential monthly earnings exceeding ₹12,000.
• Provision of free training covering app usage and demonstration techniques, along with prepared reporting templates and ongoing team support.
• Flexible working hours allowing execution in one's own geographical region.
