Field Executive

Role Overview

The Field Executive will represent the company by visiting clients, builders, and bank branches to facilitate business activities. This role requires collecting and submitting necessary paperwork, coordinating between customers and internal departments, and traveling within Pune for various field assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct visits to clients, construction builders, and bank branches to manage business-related tasks.
• Collect required documentation and ensure timely submission to relevant teams.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, maintaining clear communication.
• Travel extensively within Pune to fulfill field duties.
• Maintain daily records of activities and follow up persistently on ongoing matters.

Candidate Requirements

• Applicants must be male.
• Possession of a personal motorcycle is essential.
• Holder of a valid driving license.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills.
• Exhibit responsibility, punctuality, and self-motivation.
• Willingness and comfort to engage in full-time fieldwork.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary ranging between ₹19,000 and ₹22,000.
• Additional petrol allowance amounting to ₹3,000 per month.
