Role Overview
Four Points by Sheraton is hiring a Food & Beverage Service Expert to help create a memorable dining experience for guests. This role is not limited to serving meals and beverages; it focuses on making every guest interaction feel smooth, welcoming, and personal.
What You’ll Do
You will handle a variety of service tasks such as preparing tables, coordinating with the kitchen, serving guests, and keeping service and work areas clean and organized. The role requires you to bring initiative and a guest-first approach so that each dining moment feels like part of the overall experience.
Work Expectations
Success in this role depends on maintaining a safe workplace, following company procedures, meeting quality standards, and presenting yourself professionally at all times. The job is physically active and may require standing, walking, sitting for long periods, moving across uneven or slippery surfaces, reading menu details carefully, and lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance. You may also need to bend, twist, stoop, reach overhead, and handle other duties as assigned.
