Role overview
Minor Hotels is a global hospitality group with more than 530 properties across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, the Indian Ocean, Europe, and South America, operating under brands such as Anantara, Avani, Elewana, Oaks, NH Hotels, NH Collection, nhow, and TIVOLI. This position is based at Anantara Downtown Dubai in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
As an F&B Attendant, you will be the face of guest service in the dining areas and a key contributor to the overall guest experience. The role calls for warm, timely, and attentive service, with a strong focus on keeping guests satisfied with the quality and comfort of the resort’s food and beverage outlets.
Key duties
- Deliver friendly, prompt, and professional service to all guests.
- Support smooth day-to-day operations across food and beverage outlets by collaborating with colleagues in different departments.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of menus, drinks, services, and outlet facilities.
- Continue building personal skills and service standards to improve guest satisfaction.
- Keep the work area clean, safe, and hygienic at all times.
- Respect and protect guest privacy and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior exposure to food and beverage or restaurant operations.
- Genuine enthusiasm for service excellence.
- Strong team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to communicate in English.
