Overview
This permanent role based in Peterborough, Ontario, calls for a dedicated fast food restaurant manager to oversee and optimize daily activities in a busy environment. Candidates should be proficient in English and able to work a 40-hour week.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage and organize inventory to ensure appropriate stock levels and reduce waste.
- Enforce compliance with all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe workplace.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and assess daily operations to achieve efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Completion of college, CEGEP, or a similar non-university certificate or diploma program lasting between three months and less than one year.
- Experience: A minimum of one year and less than two years in a relevant role, preferably within the fast food industry.
