Farm Supervisor - Meadow Berry Farms (Blueberries, Raspberries, Strawberries)

About the Role

Meadow Berry Farms is seeking a Farm Supervisor to lead and manage general farm labor and harvesting teams. This role includes overseeing growing processes and crop operations, ensuring quality standards and maintaining production records for berry crops including blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries. Employment requires on-site presence at the farm located in British Columbia, Canada.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate activities of farm workers and harvest laborers.
• Monitor quality control measures and keep detailed production records.
• Supervise cultivation and related crop management tasks.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Completion of secondary (high) school education.
• Experience between seven months and less than one year in a related farm supervisory role.
• Proficiency in English for communication and coordination.
• Capability to work under physical and mental pressure with a demanding workload.
• Must demonstrate attention to detail and ability to alternate between sitting, standing, and walking.
• Requirement to use personal safety equipment and gear.
