Position Overview

PlayAll Sports is seeking a Facility Executive responsible for managing customer service, bookings, staff coordination, and the daily operations at the sports venue. The position demands working in rotating shifts and includes weekend duties, requiring effective communication abilities and proficiency with basic software tools.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers visiting the facility
Manage customer inquiries, booking procedures, and payment processing
Maintain accurate records of customer entries and bookings using the facility's software
Oversee and coordinate housekeeping staff on-site
Ensure the venue remains well-maintained and operationally smooth

Work Schedule

Rotational weekly shifts including:

Morning Shift: 5:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Evening Shift: 2:30 PM to 12:00 AM

One weekly off day to be taken between Monday to Friday
Work required on Saturdays and Sundays

Candidate Profile

Should have a customer-friendly attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
Available and willing to work in rotating shifts including weekends
Good communication skills and familiarity with basic computer and software applications

Compensation and Benefits

Monthly salary up to ₹17,000 inclusive of ESIC; Provident Fund (PF) contribution is optional
Performance-related incentives ranging from ₹1,500 to ₹3,750 per month after completing three months
