Work Schedule and Compensation
The position operates on Team 3 shifts: either Thursday to Saturday or Wednesday to Saturday, working from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am. The hourly wage is $20.45.

Key Responsibilities
- Create a visually appealing first impression for the facility.
- Perform floor care duties including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, auto scrubbing, washing, buffing, and waxing various floor types.
- Empty all indoor and outdoor garbage, recycling, and cardboard containers.
- Thoroughly clean and sweep all exterior grounds.
- Carry out additional cleaning and disinfection tasks as needed.
Candidate Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail to maintain manufacturing areas, warehouses, offices, and washrooms at exceptional standards.
- Excellent organizational skills to prioritize pre-assigned tasks and adapt to shifting priorities throughout the shift.
- Physical capability to work in a demanding and hands-on environment.
- Ability to operate various cleaning machinery including floor machines, buffers, blowers, and washing machines.
- Knowledge and understanding of WHMIS policies and procedures.
