Export Coordinator - Sea Freight

About the Role

We are seeking four skilled Export Coordinators to join a prominent freight forwarding company located in Hamburg, Germany. This role offers an outstanding opportunity for professionals experienced in Sea Freight who thrive in a dynamic international logistics setting. You will be responsible for managing export shipments from initial booking through to final delivery while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage coordination of Sea Freight export shipments, including both Full Container Load (FCL) and Less than Container Load (LCL) shipments from booking to completion.
• Communicate effectively with clients, shipping lines, overseas partners, and transport providers to ensure seamless shipment operations.
• Accurately prepare, review, and process all required export documentation.
• Ensure adherence to customs regulations and compliance with international transportation standards.
• Track shipment progress proactively and resolve any operational challenges promptly.
• Deliver high-quality customer service throughout all stages of the shipment process.
• Maintain detailed and precise shipment records within the freight forwarding system.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Sea Freight Export Freight Forwarding.
• Solid understanding of export procedures, shipping documentation, and international logistics protocols.
• Fluent German language skills are mandatory, accompanied by a good command of English.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude with a customer-centered approach and the ability to handle multiple shipments concurrently.
• Familiarity with freight forwarding software is advantageous but not compulsory.

Compensation and Benefits
