Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for a well-organised, inquisitive, and motivated individual to join our Organisational Development & Transformation (OD&T) team on a one-year contract, with potential for extension subject to headcount availability. This position supports efforts to enhance organisational effectiveness by improving work processes, fostering a high-performance culture, and building a positive work environment. Our approach involves purposeful change initiatives based on thorough analysis, systemic perspectives, and designing interventions that account for human behaviors and motivations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate staff engagement activities by scheduling events, preparing briefing documents, inviting relevant internal stakeholders across teams or virtual platforms, and distributing communications.
- Support event management and facilitate officer engagement sessions.
- Assist in designing and developing employee communication campaigns, including content creation for emails, digital posters, videos, social media posts, and other internal channels.
- Gather and track feedback while managing monitoring processes.
- Maintain internal data systems and tracking spreadsheets; support dashboard development for OD&T by cleaning, validating, and testing data.
- Prepare and refine presentations or stimulus materials for internal stakeholder use.
- Conduct research to gather insights and data essential for designing organisational interventions.
- Collaborate in brainstorming and formulating organisational development solutions alongside project leads.
- Identify and source successful organisational transformation examples and effective strategies from other public agencies and private sector organisations.
- Coordinate with external vendors and oversee procurement procedures.
- Monitor budget utilization and manage associated administrative documentation.
- Manage logistical support such as meeting scheduling, room booking, setup assistance, and preparation of materials.
- Oversee team stationery inventory and manage orders.
Candidate Profile
- A keen interest in business administration, organisational development/design, behavioural science, social sciences, innovation, entrepreneurship, or related areas is highly desirable.
- A minimum of three years' relevant experience in a support role; experience within public agencies or analogous functions is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, and capable of working effectively at all levels in a team-oriented environment.
- Adaptable to new work methods and able to quickly leverage technology tools.
- Demonstrates resilience, resourcefulness, meticulousness, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Capable of clear thinking and maintaining steady performance in complex settings.
- Preferably possesses solid project management skills with a track record of managing multiple tasks concurrently.
- Exhibits excellent attention to detail and maintains a high degree of accuracy in deliverables.
