About the Role
Coca-Cola Europacific Partners NZ is a global FMCG business known for its well-loved brands, fast pace, and collaborative culture. The company is seeking an Executive Officer to provide high-level support to the VP Commercial, API & Managing Director, Pacific. This position is central to helping senior leadership stay effective and focused, while also contributing to priorities across the API region.
This opportunity suits someone who is organised, commercially aware, and comfortable working in a changing environment where priorities can move quickly. The role offers scope to contribute to meaningful business outcomes while partnering closely with senior leaders.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will support both the VP Commercial and the Managing Director, Pacific, helping them manage day-to-day operations and broader leadership priorities. The role includes assisting with strategic initiatives, preparing high-quality presentations, and turning data into clear insights that support decisions.
In addition, you will coordinate complex calendars and travel arrangements, and bring together polished materials that help keep work moving smoothly across multiple priorities.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate may have experience as an Executive Assistant, Coordinator, or in an early-career Project Support or Business Support role, and is now ready for a more influential position working alongside senior stakeholders.
