Executive Director, AI & Enterprise Transformation

About the Role

Join a prominent Fortune 500 company in a pivotal role leading AI-driven transformation initiatives globally. Reporting directly to the Chief AI Officer, this position collaborates with senior business, functional, and technological leaders to accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence, modernize operating frameworks, and execute strategic transformation at scale within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation strategies that emphasize AI integration, modernization of operating models, optimization of processes, and capability development across various business units and functions.
• Identify and prioritize impactful opportunities by leveraging Generative AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, automation, and digital platforms to enhance operational efficiency, decision-making quality, and overall business performance.
• Facilitate the creation and implementation of AI-enabled operating models that align business priorities, governance standards, and technological capabilities.
• Institute governance mechanisms for transformation initiatives, including KPI frameworks, value realization metrics, and adoption strategies to effectively measure and drive business outcomes.
• Lead comprehensive, cross-functional transformation programs that encompass strategy formulation, data management, process improvement, workforce empowerment, technology advancement, and change management.
• Engage with the Board of Directors and C-suite executives globally to influence, align, and propel execution and organizational acceptance across markets and departments.

Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience of over 15 years in areas such as enterprise transformation, digital innovation, AI strategy, data and analytics, management consulting, or related leadership positions.
• Proven ability to deliver large-scale transformation projects within complex, multinational organizations.
• Deep knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies, including Generative AI, machine learning, data platforms, analytics, cloud infrastructures, automation tools, and digital operating models.
• Capability to connect business strategy with technological solutions, translating technical potential into tangible enterprise value.
• Exceptional skills in managing stakeholders and influencing executive leadership to achieve consensus and alignment in matrixed organizational structures.
