Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to the managing director rather than managing their calendar.

  • Prepare decision-making materials instead of simply coordinating meetings.
  • Drive follow-ups, quotations, and communications independently and actively.
  • Organize and structure sales, recruiting, and operations activities.
