Role overview

This contract opportunity is for an experienced Executive Assistant who can support senior leaders with high-level administrative work. The position is based in the Atlanta, GA area and can be performed remotely. The ideal person will be exceptionally organized, communicate clearly, and keep tasks moving in a quick-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Own executive calendars, arrange meetings, and keep schedules coordinated.
Organize business travel, expense-related coordination, and other executive logistics.
Draft and assemble reports, correspondence, presentations, and meeting packets.
Monitor priorities, due dates, and action items to ensure follow-through.
Act as a communication bridge for both internal teams and outside contacts.
Protect sensitive information and manage it with discretion and professionalism.
Assist with special assignments and broader administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Background supporting executives, founders, or other senior leaders.
Strong capability in scheduling, calendar coordination, and professional communication.
Excellent organization skills and a careful eye for detail.
Able to juggle several priorities while working remotely.
Polished, dependable, and able to take initiative without constant direction.
Comfort using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Teams, and similar collaboration tools.

Compensation

Pay is set at $30–40 per hour for this contract role.
