Role Mission

The Event Services Team partners with clients to foster dynamic work cultures and accomplish company objectives through innovative and carefully executed live events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Successfully design, coordinate, and execute 8-12 client events concurrently.
  • Create comprehensive event plans covering budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Source, negotiate with, and manage vendor partnerships to ensure quality within budget limits.
  • Maintain strong client relationships with clear, ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction.
  • Advise clients on industry trends, best practices, and cost-effective event strategies.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance client retention and encourage referrals.
  • Refine and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize planning workflows.
  • Provide feedback to enhance internal tools and systems, supporting scalability.
  • Meet or exceed event booking and profit margin goals, including upselling additional services.
  • Handle client budgets strategically to maximize event impact and support company revenue goals.
  • Engage deeply with BoomPop’s software to aid product improvement and user experience.

  • Within 30 days: Complete onboarding and training, learn company products, observe senior team members, start managing events with support, build interdepartmental relationships.

  • Within 90 days: Establish yourself as a trusted strategic advisor, consistently achieve client satisfaction and revenue targets, contribute to optimizing workflows, support client retention with excellent event execution.
