ERPNext Software Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for an ERPNext Software Developer who can build, tailor, and support ERPNext-based solutions that improve business operations. This position calls for hands-on expertise with ERPNext and the Frappe Framework, along with the ability to create reliable, scalable business applications and deliver a strong user experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Build, adapt, and support ERPNext modules and related applications.
• Develop custom workflows, reports, dashboards, and system integrations.
• Work with business teams to understand needs and convert them into technical solutions.
• Create APIs and connect ERPNext with external platforms and services.
• Investigate application issues, fix bugs, and improve performance where needed.
• Prepare and update technical documentation as required.
• Take part in code reviews and follow established software engineering practices.
• Assist with ERPNext upgrades, migrations, and broader system improvements.
• Offer technical help and guidance to users and project teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or an equivalent background gained through experience.
• At least 3 years of experience building solutions with ERPNext and the Frappe Framework.
• Experience with the ERPNext Human Resource Information System (HRIS) module is considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
