Role Overview
Baptist Memorial Health Care is seeking a full-time Environmental Services Technician I - Housekeeper in Starkville, Mississippi. The position focuses on keeping public and shared areas clean, organized, and ready for use, while supporting day-to-day environmental services needs across the facility.
Key Duties
- Keep public spaces such as restrooms, corridors, showers, and lobbies clean and well maintained.
- Help welcome and orient new team members when requested.
- Support coworkers whenever needed or when directed by management.
- Maintain cleaning equipment in good condition and ensure necessary supplies are available for assigned work.
- Identify priorities, respond appropriately to changing needs, and complete both assigned and unassigned tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by management.
