About the Role

This opportunity is for a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive who can both grow existing enterprise relationships and proactively build new business across a broad market. What You'll Do

  • Lead the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
  • Identify, pursue, and close expansion opportunities within the current customer base.
  • Develop a strong sales pipeline by working closely with Sales Development Representatives and through direct outreach.
  • Build a territory plan that supports the delivery of revenue targets.
  • Provide accurate quarterly forecasts to Sales Leadership.
  • Partner with Customer Solutions Consultants to run effective product demonstrations for senior stakeholders.
  • Become deeply knowledgeable about Ada’s platform and clearly communicate its value to executives, including C-suite decision-makers.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 6 years of experience as an Enterprise Account Executive selling B2B SaaS into enterprise accounts across ASEAN/North Asia, with ANZ experience considered a plus.
  • Proven ability to prospect and build pipeline in a competitive environment.
  • Track record of managing a $1.5M+ ARR new business territory and consistently exceeding quota.
  • Strong commercial judgement, polished executive presence, and well-developed time management and organizational skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced setting and contributing as a collaborative team member.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings up to 40% of the time.
  • Mandarin fluency is strongly preferred.
  • Experience selling an AI-native product is strongly preferred.
